For dance families

Recital season shouldn't run on one parent's car.

Multiple classes a week, competitions with dawn call times, and a studio that's never on the way home. Carpool Team shows dance families whose drives already line up.

Sound familiar?

  • Classes stack up across the week

Ballet Monday, jazz Wednesday, team rehearsal Friday — often at different times for different kids. Each trip gets its own ranked list, so the easiest ask for Monday isn't assumed to work for Friday.

  • Competition call times

A 6:45 AM call time with hair and makeup done, at a venue an hour away. Splitting the drive with another comp family makes the whole morning survivable.

  • The studio isn't near school or home

Families pick a studio for the teaching, not the geography. When it's twenty minutes against traffic, a teammate already making the drive is gold.

  • Waiting-room hours

A 90-minute class is too short to go home and too long to sit in the car. Trading drop-offs and pickups gives both families their evening back.

Competition Saturday, 5:50 AM

Call time is 6:45, the venue is 55 minutes away, and Talia's mom is solo-parenting this weekend. She picks the venue in Carpool Team and sees another comp family passes within three minutes of her street. Two buns get done in one kitchen, and one car makes the drive.

How Carpool Team helps

  1. 1

    Set up once

An organizer creates the team and adds the usual practice and game spots. About five minutes, total.

  2. 2

    Share one invite

A private link and code, pasted into the team chat you already use. Parents add their family in a minute.

  3. 3

    Ask the easiest match

Parents pick the destination and see teammates ranked by the minutes a pickup adds — then tap to text.

Home addresses are never shown to anyone — no maps, no lists, nothing to screenshot. Teammates see names and minutes, and every ride is arranged parent-to-parent by text, like always. Free for teams and parents, with no ads and no subscriptions. See exactly how it works or read the FAQ.

Dance families already live at the studio. Let them share the road there too.
